1. Printing and engraving colors

1.1. Printing is provided according to the Pantone or CMYK color code submitted by the client.
1.2. In the case of using the Pantone scale, the client defines and approves the chosen color number. Pantone scale colors will be reproduced with 100% accuracy only if a white-coated paper is used as the basis. Color tone differences, shading related to the impact of the base color on the printing surface cannot be a basis for claims. In the case of using the CMYK color scale, the client approves the production proof provided by the manufacturer, which is considered as final project approval.
1.3.The client agrees that a color deviation of up to 10% from the colors visible in the mock-up is acceptable, which is related to the chemical composition of the printed material, fiber structure, and color absorption properties, as well as technological aspects of color loss inherent to the chosen printing technology (digital information transfer to the physical visual information template). The fact of color deviation cannot be established by comparing the printed material with RGB or CMYK color scales. The fact of color deviation can be established by comparing with the print of identical material or object in the identical printing technology.
1.4. A specific color tone cannot be defined based on a computer monitor screen. Each monitor has different display settings, including screen resolution, refresh intensity, and colors.
1.5. A specific CMYK color tone can only be defined by ordering a print proof for an additional fee.
1.6. In the case of printing on a dark-colored surface, it is possible that the printed color may show through the surface color. The client has the option to order a white underprint beneath the printed image for an additional fee.
Klientam ir iespēja par papildus maksu pasūtīt baltas krāsas padruku zem nodrukātā attēla.
1.7. The color accuracy of the print to a specific Pantone tone may vary depending on the printing technique and surface. For printing on ceramics and porcelain, Pantone accuracy can technically range from a minimum of 85% to a maximum of 100%, and complaints about color mismatch are considered only below 84% of the color tone.
1.8. The engraving color on metal, wood, or other materials depends on the color of the material’s internal layer. Engraving on metal may appear in gray, yellow, brown, rust, or other colors depending on the metal composition. For an additional fee, engraving filling (manual work) with special silver or gold color can be ordered.
1.9. The supplier does not take responsibility for text punctuation, orthography, grammar, or formatting. The client verifies texts and other details in the mock-up and approves them, assuming responsibility for them.
